My Insatiable Critic column is alive and kicking today in Crain’s New York and on its web site proving – we’ll always go out to dinner. Instead of stars I am awarding hats: Three hats mean I can’t wait to return, Two hats signal that I definitely plan to go back, One hat: I’ll leave them to simmer awhile. No hat: Never again.
