Marston, an American bistro with worldly Swiss chef to open on West 53rd
Chef Alain Soiliard
Restaurant veteran Patrick O’Sullivan will open Marston, an American bistro serving “worldly comfort food” cooked by his partner, Claude Alain Soiliard, in the duplex space that was Swizz at 310 West 53rd Street. Expect to see the Swiss-born chef’s acclaimed tarte flambé in several flavors. (Definitely in Hell’s Kitchen.)
